Our Plan

New Well Inc. is raising $2.17M at a $7.5M, $10M and $12.5M valuation in our seed round. We are releasing 2,000,000 shares (20%) of the company in three tranches:

  • First Release: 300,000 shares at $0.75 per share – $225K

  • Second Release: 700,000 shares at $1.00 per share – $700K

  • Third Release: 1,000,000 shares at $1.25 per share – $1.25M

  • Total Raise: $2.17M

Use of Funds

With this funding, New Well will:

  • Launch six New Well Spaces, expanding our footprint in key urban markets.

  • Build and scale a membership and ticketing app for our anchor community.

  • Establish a framework for future growth, adding four new spaces annually beginning in 2029 with a cost of $100,000 per location (50% Downpayment / 50% Buildout)

By 2032, we project to manage 22 total locations and generate an annual profit of $5.28M.

Financial Strategy

  • After our first 6 locations, expansion of new locations will be financed through EBITDA, with an expected $400K per year starting in 2029.

  • Dividend distributions to investors are planned to begin close of 2027.

  • Investor perks include exclusive event access and location rental benefits.

Current Progress

  • We are actively managing our first location in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood (35th & 8th Ave).

  • A second location Downtown is scheduled to open in November, supported by a $153K investment (204,000 shares) through a rental partnership.

Locations

Over the past decade of building community spaces, we’ve developed a proven model for identifying and securing ideal locations. This framework ensures both strong revenue potential and vibrant, community-first destinations.

  • Size: Minimum 4,000 SQFT, open loft–style units

  • Zoning: Commercial spaces with fitness, yoga, or co-working usage

  • Markets: Targeting major metropolitan cities

  • Lease Range: $8,000–$14,000 per month

  • Initial Costs: Approx. $50,000 per location (first month, security, broker fees) for a three to five-year lease. $50,000 in decor and set-up costs. $100,000 per location investment.

  • Expansion Costs: $450,000 total to secure four additional locations and decor for New Well Downtown.

Space Design & Functionality

Each New Well Space is designed to reflect both style and community:

  • Design Approach: Lower-cost, high-style furnishings paired with vintage/thrift finds and curated works from member artists to ensure each space carries unique community contributions.

  • Layout: Open loft communal areas with room for up to 100 guests, with convertible workshop space for up to 30 guests. Includes private rooms and creative décor, ideal for filming and content creation.

  • Production Capabilities: Equipped for podcast recording and daytime production use.

  • Budget: $50K design investment per location – totaling $250K for five new spaces.

  • Timeline: 4-6 weeks setup per location, with our anchor events launching prior to full completion.

  • Multi-Use Design: Flexible configurations for studio production, podcasting, workshops, fitness classes, reiki, sound meditation, private dinners, yoga, ceremonies, and play. This versatility maximizes community engagement, brand growth, and creator-driven revenue.

In addition to our New Well Chelsea location, we will be opening a second location Downtown. Outside of NYC, we will be opening locations in Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and London.

Membership Dues
