Our Plan

New Well Inc. is raising $600,000 at a $3M valuation in our seed round.

We are releasing 2,000,000 shares (20%) of the company to open four locations over the next two years.

Use of Funds

With this funding, New Well will:

  • Launch four New Well Spaces expanding our footprint in key urban markets.

  • Establish a framework for future growth, adding four new spaces annually beginning in 2028 with a cost of $150,000 per location (50% Downpayment / 50% Buildout)

Financial Strategy

  • After our first 4 locations, expansion of new locations will be financed through $672,000 in EBITDA. $1,44M in yearly revenue.

  • Dividend distributions to investors begin close of 2027.

  • Investor perks include event access and location rental benefits.

Current Progress

  • New York Downtown is scheduled to open in January 2026.

  • Locations for Miami and Los Angeles are being scouted.

Locations

Over the past decade of building community spaces, we’ve developed a proven model for identifying and securing ideal locations. This framework ensures both strong revenue potential and vibrant, community-first destinations.

  • Size: Minimum 2,000 SQFT, open loft–style units

  • Zoning: Commercial spaces with fitness, yoga, or co-working usage

  • Markets: Targeting major metropolitan cities

  • Lease Range: $5,000–$12,000 per month

  • Initial Costs: Approx. $50,000 per location (first month, security, broker fees) for a two-three lease. $100,000 in set-up costs and runway. $150,000 per location investment.

Space Design & Functionality

Each New Well Space is designed to reflect both style and community:

  • Design Approach: Lower-cost, high-style furnishings paired with vintage/thrift finds and curated works from member artists to ensure each space carries unique community contributions.

  • Layout: Open loft communal areas with room for up to 120 guests, with convertible workshop space for up to 30 guests. Includes private rooms and creative décor, ideal for filming and content creation.

  • Production Capabilities: Equipped for podcast recording and daytime production use. Original content produced to promote spaces.

  • Budget: $50K design investment per location – totaling $200K for four spaces.

  • Timeline: 4-6 weeks setup per location, with our anchor partner events launching prior to full completion.

  • Multi-Use Design: Flexible configurations for studio production, podcasting, workshops, fitness classes, reiki, sound meditation, private dinners, yoga, ceremonies, and play. This versatility maximizes community engagement, brand growth, and creator-driven revenue.

In addition to New Well Downtown location, we will be opening a second location in NYC. Outside of NYC, we will be focused on locations in Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
